Share your views on NHS language services

The local NHS is asking people for their views on language services used by the NHS across Liverpool and Sefton.

This includes interpretation services, materials translated into other languages, and alternative format information such as easy read, large print, audio and braille.

As part of improving care for patients, we want to know your views about using these language services – what works well, and what could be better?

Your feedback could be about the language services provided in local hospitals, GP surgeries, GP out of hours services, community clinics, mental health services, or even the care you have received in your own home. It could be for yourself, a family member, or someone else you help care for.

You can share your views now by filling out a short online questionnaire – it will be open until Monday 2 November 2020.

To request this information in another language or format, please call: (0151) 247 6409, text: 07920 206 386, or email: communications@liverpoolccg.nhs.uk.
